I have worked across the health system in the UK including Department of Health & Social Care, NHS England, Provider Trusts & Private Providers delivering a variety of strategic goals, including the preparation of Business Cases, Master planning and Development Strategy, town and country planning, procurement and delivery of health facilities. In addition to leading healthcare development projects, I led the national surplus land disposal programme for Department of Health & Social Care.

• Cambridge Community Services NHS Trust: Project Director for the redevelopment of Princess of Wales Hospital Ely, incorporating Community Diagnostic Centre, MSCP and Local Health and Care Hub (2020 to present)

•Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust: Interim Director for the Capital Programme (June 2024 – March 2025) providing leadership to the Capital Programme including all capital developments at Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe & Amersham hospitals and the community estate.

 •The Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust: Led the preparation and submission of a successful business case securing £12 million to remove all RAAC concrete at Princess Royal Hospital Telford.  Project Director for the phased removal programme (2023 to present)

•Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, Adviser for a review of the Estates Strategy, negotiated terms with a developer delivering a retail led scheme on the hospital site and disposal of surplus land (2019 to present)

•The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust Surplus land disposal advisor leading the sale of land adjacent to Corbett Hospital Stourbridge. (2019 – to date)
